Job Responsibilities:
- Technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems,
networks, and peripherals for both internal staff and external customers.
- System maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on computer
hardware and software to keep systems running smoothly.
- Installation and configuration: Set up and deploy new hardware, software, and user
accounts, and configure new systems and networks.
- Monitoring: Proactively monitor systems, networks, and servers to identify and address
potential problems before they cause an outage.
- Documentation: Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
in a ticketing system.
- Escalation: Escalate complex issues to other IT professionals or departments when they
cannot be resolved at the support level.
- User training: Provide guidance and training to users on how to use new applications or
features.
- Support desktop operating systems, hardware and software with focus on MAC OS (all
versions of MAC OS, iPhone, iPad)
- Create and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure matrix and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of solid experience in IT support, preferably in a service desk, or MSP
environment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across cloud, desktop, server, and network
setups
Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, or Linux environments, plus common business apps
Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Wi-Fi/router setup
Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written
A stable broadband internet connection (dual connection preferred)
A strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to work independently in a remote
environment
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus
Server Administration: Active Directory, Group Policy, Users Management, Files &
Printer Sharing
- Door Security Access and CCTV system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
