Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to execute endto-

end hiring processes for technical and functional roles across the organization.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sourcing capabilities, and a passion

for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, functional, and other

key positions

  • Utilize diverse recruitment channels including job boards, social media,

professional networks, and events

  • Conduct technical assessments and cultural fit interviews to ensure

candidate alignment

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored

recruitment strategies

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact

through onboarding

  • Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates

  • Maintain transparent communication with both candidates and hiring

managers throughout the process

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and vendor

performance
