As a.n IT Sales Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion and unlocking new opportunities. We are looking for a professional who combines strategic thinking, market insight, and relationship-building skills to help us scale and strengthen our presence in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Note: This position is open for hiring multiple headcounts. The hiring team will be assessing applicants' qualifications for job leveling (Junior & Senior)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify new business opportunities across markets, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
- Generate leads, engage prospects, and build meaningful client relationships
- Develop and execute growth strategies with clear objectives to increase revenue
- Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to enhance our market presence
- Understand client needs and align our solutions with their business goals
- Negotiate with stakeholders, draft proposals, and close deals that create long-term value
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve company goals
- Represent MTC at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Partner with the sales team to convert prospects and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support and mentor team members to strengthen our business development capabilities
- Use CRM tools to track progress, manage leads, and analyze performance data
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background in sales funnel management and lead generation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and market analysis
- Proven skills in negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning
- Knowledge of international business and cross-cultural communication
- Ability to bridge strategy with execution in product development and commercialization
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
- Creativity, adaptability, and resilience in solving complex challenges
- Strong time management, prioritization, and digital proficiency
