JOB SUMMARY
Specialist, Recruitment Services- Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process of the LCC Organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for tracking recruitment metrics and participating in recruitment events to build the company's brand and attract top talent.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage the recruitment cycle for assigned job requisitions, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
· Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including utilizing social media and other recruitment channels.
· Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and manage the interview process, including coordinating schedules and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring, including equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
· Create and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms to source candidates when needed.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics, including tracking recruitment costs, time-to-fill, and candidate feedback.
· Participate in job fairs, college recruiting, and other recruitment events to build the company's brand and attract top talent.
· Identifies a variety of key sources that will enhance the talent pipeline; e.g. universities, professional/trade associations, social media/websites, government networks/agencies for his/her area of responsibility and the SBU or for the overall Company.
· Implements Recruitment programs and initiatives that help provide continuous flow of qualified candidates for his/her area of responsibility.
· Provides tracking information on active and inactive regular/direct hire temporary employees and pipeline of direct hires for his/her designated area of responsibility
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology , or related field.
- Experience with recruiting for a variety of roles, including retail sales, merchandising, and operations positions is an advantage.
