Qualifications

  • At least 25 years of age.

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Telemarketer/Sales Agent in a lending company, bank, or insurance firm, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Supervisor role in a BPO/telemarketing setting.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, both as an agent and as a leader.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and inspire a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficient in using CRM software, dialer systems, and MS Office (especially Excel for reporting).

  • Experience with specific CRMs

  • Deep understanding of the Philippine lending landscape and regulatory environment.
