We arelooking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Program Delivery Associate to join our team.

In this role, you'll provide end-to-end support across People Operations, Office Management, and Program Delivery, helping to ensure smooth business operations and excellent employee and student experiences.

People Operations

  • Manage timekeeping, attendance, and payroll processing through the HRIS system.
  • Administer employee benefits, including HMO and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Support employee relations through internal communications, events, and engagement surveys.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and assist with performance-based pay updates.

Office Management

  • Handle vendor and subscription management, ensuring timely payments and renewals.
  • Coordinate business permits, legal documents, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage office assets, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee purchasing and vendor coordination for smooth daily operations.

Program Delivery (CX Operations)

  • Support student management, enrollment, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare classes, including LMS setup, Zoom sessions, student communications, and course materials.
  • Manage post-training activities like survey tracking, feedback reporting, and class data updates.
  • Coordinate logistics for both online and face-to-face sessions.

Facilitation & SME Management

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Facilitators.
  • Ensure all materials and logistics for classes are complete and up to date.
  • Support training sessions, monitor delivery standards, and manage facilitator payments.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:

  • Manage timekeeping, attendance, and payroll processing through the HRIS system.
  • Office management, vendor coordination, and compliance
  • Training or program administration and delivery

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LMS platforms (e.g., Thinkific), Zoom, Kahoot, Typeform, and Viber.
