Job Summary
The Auditor / Audit Officer is responsible for conducting internal operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining the company's integrity, operational efficiency, and quality assurance across projects and service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of operations, projects, and service teams to assess compliance with internal controls, standard operating procedures, and IKECA or industry standards.
- Review preventive maintenance records, job orders, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate process efficiency and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen internal control systems.
- Monitor inventory usage, materials requisition, and cost reporting for potential discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and corrective action recommendations.
- Follow up on corrective measures to ensure issues identified are properly addressed.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance departments during audits and reviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of updated operational policies, manuals, and internal audit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, safety standards, and company protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and uphold the highest ethical standards in audit practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, operations audit, or quality assurance (preferably in facilities management, construction, engineering, or service industries).
- Experience in field auditing or operational site inspections is highly preferred.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance processes, inventory management, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO, IKECA, or other operational quality standards is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
