ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Provides for repair service and clients support during field visit
- Manage all on-site installation, repair maintenance and machine test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
- The field service technician performs different types of support within customers location such as machine assessment, troubleshooting, setup and installation of coffee equipment.
- Perform periodic inspection and calibration of machines at site.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Electrical/Technical Degree, Electronic or Engineering Technology course or vocational course in Technical Certification is accepted.

- Know how to drive motorcycle
- Multi-tasking functions handled
