QUALITY CONTROL:

a. To assist the Project Manager in the implementation of QC procedures pertaining to Architectural Works and MEPFS.

b. To implement material control and cost control of all materials for Architectural Works and MEPFS.

c. To ensure that contractors comply with the works' plans and specifications;

d. To ensure standard quality control procedures to be performed by the contractors;

ARCHITECTURAL ACITVITIES:

a. To supervise and directly manage all architectural works.

b. Review/study architectural plans and preparing of shop drawings to be implemented.

c. To inspect/provide punch list for Architectural and MEPFS works.

d. Review and prepare the scope of works and requirements of all contractors/suppliers.

e. Review and prepare all billings and cost proposal of all contractors/sub-contractors.

f. To review and prepare all Architectural plans for construction submitted by consultants.

g. To assist the Project Manager in the Construction Supervision and Management for Architectural Finishing works and MEPFS.

DOCUMENTATION PREPARATION

a. Preparation of Job orders pertaining to Architectural works.

b. Preparation of bills of Quantities pertaining to Architectural works.

c. Preparation of bills of materials pertaining to Architectural works.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Architect license is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • With experience
  • Will be assigned in Quezon City Timog Avenue
  • Must be near from work location
