The Architect will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, planning, and execution of architectural designs for various company projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design outputs meet regulatory standards, client requirements, and organizational objectives. The Architect will also ensure that all plans are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Licensed Architect (required).
  • Proven experience in architectural design, planning, and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
