Join Account Mainstores Commercial Corporation (AMCC) as we search for a meticulous and organized Warehouse Secretary to ensure the seamless operation of our office. AMCC serves as a retailer and wholesaler of general merchandise and is the main supplier of BOK Korean Fried Chicken in the Philippines.
As an Warehouse Secretary, you will collaborate closely with supervisors and colleagues to manage clerical duties, including file organization, correspondence, report preparation, and more. In addition to administrative tasks, you will assist in procurement, supply management, and vendor relations. Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare and edit various communications (memos, emails, invoices, reports)
- Establish and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Safeguard samples and assets
- Generate reports
- Monitor dispatch and inbound processes
- Maintain office space and organization
- Assist with miscellaneous admin tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Preferably hold an associate's or bachelor's degree
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and multitasking
- Relevant experience in data verification, purchasing, and supply auditing
- Familiarity with warehouse supply procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
