Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in Food / Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Medical Device / Pharmaceutical manufacturing or equivalent (relevant to the specialist area f expertise)
- College degree, Science (Biological / Physical/ Pharmaceutical/ Health care) / Food technology/ Engineering/ Manufacturing / or higher ( Master's / PhD)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power point, Word)
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of principles and methods of Food Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology; production/manufacturing processes, and quality assurance practices.
Job Purpose:
- Assure correctness of testing performed by Quality Analyst through checking of records and documents. Assist on testing of materials and finished products as needed and support implementation of QMS by conducting trainings for new and current employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Implement good laboratory practices in the performance of laboratory activities.
- Secure and manage retention samples.
- Interprets test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations n appropriateness of data for release.
- Responsible for performing sanitation verification and code verification.
- Responsible for performing line inspection and personnel hygiene monitoring.
- Responsible for timely preparation of Certificate of Analysis (COA).
- Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products and materials.
- Record or compile test results or prepare graphs, charts, or reports.
- Maintain records of testing results or other documents as required by state or other governing agencies.
- Create training materials and manuals.
- Train personnel in technical or scientific procedures.
- Assists the Quality Head to monitor and promote plant compliance to cGMP.
- Assist with external and regulatory audits.
- Complete and file all QA inspection forms in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
