We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Licensed Accountant with 2–3 years of professional accounting experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance department in maintaining effective internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update financial records using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
  • Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
  • Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support external audits by preparing required schedules and documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial information and approvals.

Qualifications:

  • CPA license
  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (required).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
