About the role

This is a full-time Call Center Representative role for a leading travel company, YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION', based in Taytay Rizal. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to help resolve their queries and meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  2. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers on travel-related queries
  3. Efficiently processing customer orders, bookings, and other transactions
  4. Identifying and addressing customer concerns, and escalating issues when required
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  6. Contributing to a positive customer experience and promoting the company's products and services

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the travel industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  6. Fluency in English and the local language (Tagalog)
