We are seeking a talented Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' in Taytay Rizal. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients through real-time chat interactions. What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers through real-time chat channels, providing prompt and effective assistance with inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Accurately document and track customer interactions to ensure efficient case management and resolution
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or management for further support
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our chat support processes and customer experience
  • Foster a positive and professional communication style to build trust and rapport with our customers

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a chat or digital customer support environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using chat and customer service software, as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
