About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' in our Bridgetowne Site office located in Taytay Rizal. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients through a blended account one day process only.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Achieving daily and monthly performance targets set by the organisation
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and documenting resolution
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously learning and updating your product knowledge to provide the best possible support

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
