About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our vibrant team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Taytay Rizal. As a full-time Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  4. Adhering to established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
  5. Participating in training and development activities to continuously improve customer service skills
  6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
