Job Overview:

Titan Services, Inc is urgently hiring a Medical Billing Assistant to join our virtual team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced billing professional who can independently manage, file, and track medical billing claims with accuracy and efficiency. This is a critical support role in our operations, and we're offering a higher starting rate for the right candidate with proven expertise in medical billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, file, and follow up on insurance claims in a timely manner
  • Monitor claims for denials, rejections, and follow-up with insurance providers to resolve billing issues
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to gather required documentation for billing
  • Handle patient billing inquiries professionally
  • Generate reports on billing activity and claim status
  • Stay current on insurance and billing regulations
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in medical billing
  • Familiarity with insurance claim procedures and billing software in the US
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims efficiently
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers is a plus
  • Must have a stable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
