About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Non Voice to join our dynamic team at LUMER UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' in Taytay Rizal. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, without the need for voice calls. What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
2. Effectively resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
6. Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

1. Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
2. Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
3. Proficient in using various software and communication tools
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
