PROJECT/PHASE: "SOCIAL PERFORMANCE COORDINATION SERVICES FOR Shell Pilipinas Corporation (Corporate Relations)

Position: "Social Performance Coordinator (SP Coordinator)"

Function are as follows:

General Position Definition:

l Provide logistical, coordination, and administrative support for Social Performance (SP), Social Investment (SI), and Corporate Relations (CorpRel) initiatives. These include but not limited to MOA signing and program launch events, Planning and Team building Sessions, Community Ugnayan Activities, SP Peer Assists, and volunteerism activities.

l Support the preparation, tracking, and archiving of SP/SI reports and documentation, including spot reports and project/program updates.

l Manage inventory and distribution of Shell-branded items, tokens, and giveaways.

l Document and write stories highlighting SI and Shell ACTS initiatives.

Purpose:

l Ensure efficient execution of SI programs and CorpRel projects through effective logistical and administrative support.

l Facilitate timely processing of sponsorships, donations, and social investment funds by supporting due diligence and tracking requirements.

Accountabilities:

l Deliver logistical and administrative support to Shell personnel, contractors, and community stakeholders.

l Assist in preparation and collation of Program Reports for SP/SI Initiatives

l Coordinate CorpRel or community visits to operational sites.

l Assist in due diligence processes in sponsorships, donations and social investment initiatives

l Submit timely financial reports and expense liquidations related to SP/SI activities.

Dimensions:

l Role will focus on the current programs, events and projects under CR- SP.

l There are several existing projects and sites, as well as a number of new business development opportunities in Philippines, which involves dealing with fence line communities and other local stakeholders.

l This role will need to work with site  CorpRel managers or project BOMs, and other stakeholders in ensuring the seamless execution of SP and SI programs by providing efficient logistics and administrative support.

Special Challenges:

l Gaining a thorough understanding of Shell's SP and SI programs.

l Managing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively
