Over-all Responsibility:

Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing strategies to increase followers, creating and overseeing social campaigns, producing content, reviewing analytics, and communicating with key stakeholders in a company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinates with clients regarding content/materials

Plans out schedule of advertising placements on Social Media, TV, Print and Radio

Coordinates with partner agencies and creates media plans/buys for clients based on the given objective and budget

Responsible for conceptualization, client presentation and approval and production of collaterals

To assist, plan and execute Sales and Marketing events including travel fairs, corporate events and trade updates and make content out of these activities

Coordinates with client and partner companies for sponsorship details and agreements

Design local flyers for trade promotions, sponsorships and events.  Design, check and produce local United merchandise for distribution

Maintains local database for both trade and corporate partners and send out newsletter via online marketing tool.

Update, track and report Social Media budget and expense on a monthly basis
