The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and promote the restaurant's high-end offerings across all digital platforms. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury F&B market.

  • Develop and implement content calendars and campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, stories, and captions that reflect the brand's premium identity.
  • Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activity to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Engage with online audiences through timely responses, community interaction, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with chefs, events teams, and photographers for coordinated content creation.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
