Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Taguig with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing social media strategies, and engaging with the online community. Daily tasks will include content planning, posting, monitoring social media platforms, responding to comments, and analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and social media advertising
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to develop and implement social media strategies
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you'll do:

Manage social channels (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Build and engage communities, turning followers into advocates

Create content calendars and coordinate with KOLs/creators

Track performance and optimize for growth and conversions

Ensure all content complies with PAGCOR/ASC guidelines

What we're looking for:

5-10 years experience in social media/community management

Strong copywriting and video-first content mindset

Data-driven approach to growing channels and engagement

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable moving fast

Based in or open to working hybrid from Metro Manila
