Monitor brand mentions, manage DMs and comments, support customer service, and identify influencers. Collaborate on brand reputation management and crisis response. - Analytics & Funnel Monitoring:
Track performance metrics across funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), analyze ROI, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights and conversion performance. - Asset Management:
Oversee content creation and curation in line with brand standards, manage digital assets, enforce brand guidelines, and collaborate with creatives for campaigns and launches.
