Main purpose of the position:

  • Support the execution of brand partnerships marketing activations, campaigns and other such assigned projects across REVOLVE, FWRD, REVOLVE MAN, and BEAUTY
  • Lead analytics tracking, and metrics compilation across brand partnership team and relate projects reported internally and externally
  • Support senior account manager on any assigned initiatives

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

  • Analyze marketing metrics of project deliverables and compile into recap templates
  • Compile internal metrics needed for project performance summaries
  • Maintain and update various internal tracking channels including but not limited to:
  • Organize internal spreadsheet records of marketing activity and deliverables
  • Update accounting consoles with invoices and related contracts
  • Brand management spreadsheets
  • Fill missing information as needed
  • Provide data for overall quarterly reporting on team projects
  • Assist with drafting and routing NDAs and other entry-level templatized contracts
  • Create invoices and track payments; coordinate with internal accounting team as needed
  • Research and other organizational support for projects based on specific marketing needs on ad hoc basis

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Analytical mindset; enjoys working with spreadsheets and managing structured data
  • Clear and professional written communication for internal documentation and updates
  • Able to follow structured workflows and manage several timelines at once
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and across time zones

  • Candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, et)

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs)

  • Familiarity with Adobe, InDesign, Canva or similar programs for creating presentations is a plus
  • Background in administrative support, data entry or coordination roles is a plus
  • Interest in influencer marketing, e-commerce, fashion or retail is helpful but not required
