  • Order Management:Place purchase orders based on current inventory levels and company needs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Supplier Relations:Maintain communication with vendors, follow up on orders, and resolve any issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inventory Control:Monitor stock levels, identify purchasing needs, and track shipments to ensure adequate supply.
  • Data Management:Update internal databases with order details, maintain records of invoices and contracts, and prepare cost analyses.
  • Administrative Tasks:Support the department by performing administrative duties, such as processing paperwork and managing communications.
  • Market Research:Conduct research on new vendors, pricing trends, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Delivery Monitoring:Track orders and ensure timely delivery, liaising with warehouse staff if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
