About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Nezda Technologies, Inc.' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Providing accurate information about our products and services
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings
  5. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  6. Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  6. Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
  7. A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
  8. Willing to work onsite
