Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment and Team Member Onboarding

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new team members.

  • HR Policies and Compliance

Implement, monitor, and update company policies and practices. Advise staff and management on policy interpretation and application.

  • Administrative and Recordkeeping

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Manage documentation related to employment, attendance, benefits, and other HR transactions in an organized and confidential manner.

Will Provide Support In:

  • Training and Development

Assist in organizing and monitoring employee training programs, onboarding sessions, and professional development initiatives.

  • Team Engagement and Culture Development

Support activities and initiatives that foster a positive team culture and increase employee engagement.

  • Internship Supervision

Provide guidance and administrative support to interns, including onboarding, scheduling, and serving as a point of contact during their placement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR or a relevant educational background
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar HR role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Amenable to a part-time position
  • Equipped with the necessary equipment and a stable internet connection for a remote setup
