Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead and manage our growing real estate sales organization. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of real estate sales operations, digital sales strategies, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team including Sales Managers and Property Specialists.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and market share.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of sales professionals.
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Spearhead digital real estate sales initiatives, tools, and platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies, campaigns, and market positioning.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the executive management.
QUALIFICATION
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field
- Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a Sales Director or equivalent leadership role within the real estate industry
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is highly preferred
- Sales leadership and strategy development
- Must have a ready and complete sales team, with a minimum of three (3) Sales Managers with 4-7 Property Specialists each and 1 Broker Manager with 3 Broker Liaison Officers
- Possesses an active network of real estate clients, investors, and
- Must be available to start immediately
- For former sales agents or employees of Megaworld Corporation or any of its subsidiaries, a valid clearance certificate is required
