Our client is a leading provider of tech talent solutions, specializing in staff augmentation and project-based delivery across APAC. They are seeking a strategic Business Development Director to lead enterprise sales, drive client acquisition, and expand market presence in high-growth sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for staff augmentation and tech consulting services

  • Identify and engage enterprise clients across industries (Fintech, Telco, Retail, etc.)

  • Lead consultative sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation

  • Collaborate with delivery and talent teams to ensure alignment with client needs

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategy

About You

  • 10+ years in business development or enterprise sales, ideally in IT staffing, consulting, or outsourcing

  • Proven success in building client portfolios and closing high-value deals

  • Strong network across APAC enterprise sectors

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in scaling sales operations and leading client-facing teams is a plus
