Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Reconcile bank statements and maintain healthy cash flow levels.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial projections to support business planning.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and coordinate with auditors during financial reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on financial matters.
  • Support Sales & Operations: Validate customer credit terms and analyze profitability of key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a distribution or logistics setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
