Job responsibilities:

  • Attend to inquiries for listings of available units for lease/resale in the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Proactively approach unit owners to sell APMC Leasing as a provider for services such as leasing, leasing plus tenancy, and resale services.
  • Educate unit owners on what is needed to make their unit/s more leasable/ saleable
  • Execute proper and complete documentation for closing agreements: signed contract of lease, government IDs of unit owner and tenants, special power of attorney.
  • Schedule viewings to unit owner and tenants and match in the assigned area of responsibility. Entertain prospective tenants and match their respective requirements according to their needs.
  • Negotiate deals and proactively follow up both unit owners and tenants to close agreements.
