Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Taguig. The Property Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as managing client relationships, providing customer service, and facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of properties. Additional responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing marketing materials, assisting clients with bank financing and property loans, and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate
  • Proven Sales abilities and track record
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are a plus
