Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Lease Contracts Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting the end-to-end lease documentation process by preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and process lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using CRM and document management tools.
  • Ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents.
  • Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role.
  • Experience with document management, processing, and creation is preferred.
  • Ability to manage high email traffic and intra office communications.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
