Apartment Leasing and Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill a dual role as Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator. This position combines apartment leasing coordination with social media management for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as primary point of contact for prospective tenants, scheduling showings, following up, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
