Lease Portfolio Specialist

The Lease Analyst role is a vital component of our Finance Management team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Lease Administration. This encompasses lease abstraction, quality review, portfolio management, and ensuring the accurate accounting of client data records.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and update the real estate lease database by recording changes such as new leases, amendments, terminations, and property transactions.
- Extract and input critical lease data into client-specific systems, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of lease abstractions, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure data aligns with client expectations.
- Process timely and accurate rent and additional rent payments, and deliver standard and ad-hoc financial reports in a timely manner.
- Review business terms in legal documents and assist with legal coordination to guarantee accurate reflection of terms.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry with a clear understanding of commercial lease terms.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, including handling invoices, billing, and payments.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Critical and analytical thinking skills are essential for success.
