Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Coordination: Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for clear and professional interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is an asset.
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is beneficial but not required.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Flexible work arrangement available
