Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, developing and implementing strategic business development plans, and driving the growth and success of the clinic's services. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring the smooth coordination of corporate services. The Business Development Manager will also contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and corporate processes, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development and Market Analysis
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on expanding the clinic's reach and services.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with the clinic's long-term goals and objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners, showcasing the clinic's value proposition.
Sales and Marketing Initiatives
Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell clinic services, ensuring the achievement of management targets.
- Conduct corporate presentations, sales calls, clinic tours, and actively upsell products and services to patients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance metrics to the executive committee.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, industry partners, and corporate clients.
- Customize and tailor ECU packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of corporate clients and VIPs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall goals.
Leadership and Team Management
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
Operations and Reporting
Oversee the management of guarantee payments and ensure compliance with corporate agreements.
- Prepare and review contracts and proposals in coordination with the Finance team and the President for final approval.
- Develop standard contracts for potential corporate accounts and collaborate with the Finance team on proposals related to annual rate changes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team regarding corporate services and related issues.
- Ensure all communications, contracts, and reports are accurate, timely, and effectively delivered.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of corporate services, sales processes, and overall business development strategies.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.
- Report any safety incidents to management promptly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and company policies to protect employee and company information.
- Report any incidents relating to violations of company rules and regulations to management.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development to stay current with best practices and industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
