About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Sales Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support our corporate sales operations by assisting in client coordination, preparing proposals and quotations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling corporate client accounts and inquiries
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and necessary documents
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding pricing and product availability
  • Support the sales team in meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in IT sales, corporate sales, or related field is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Work Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Attire: Smart Casual
  • Location: Crossing Plaza Commercial, beside JRS Express, Calamba City
