About the role

We're looking for a talented Chat Support Representative to join our growing team at Corporate Visions Inc'. in Laguna Calabarzon. In this full-time role, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat channel. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will be essential to ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner through our live chat platform
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting support, and guiding customers through complex processes
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements to internal processes
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on unresolved cases
  • Demonstrating a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

What we're looking for

  • At 6 months of customer-facing experience (Sales, Cashier, front desk, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
