Qualifications:

  • Senior high school or college graduate, preferably with a degree in BSBA or similar courses.
  • Experience as a sales assistant is an advantage.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in encoding delivery receipts, invoices, and quotations for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person to assist with inquiries and orders.
  • Encode and maintain records of delivery receipts, invoices, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide support in preparing sales reports and presentations as needed.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
