I. Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor oversees and manages all recruitment activities for large-scale and continuous hiring of janitorial and utility personnel. The role focuses on high-volume sourcing, fast deployment, and maintaining a strong manpower pool to meet multiple client requirements. This position ensures recruitment efficiency, compliance, and coordination across sourcing, screening, and deployment functions.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Recruitment & Sourcing
- Lead and manage bulk hiring for janitors, utility workers, housekeepers, and related positions.
- Implement fast and effective sourcing strategies such as:
- Barangay sourcing & local municipal tie-ups
- Job fairs and LGU partnerships
- Walk-in applicants and referral programs
- Online job postings and social media recruitment
- Maintain an active manpower pool that can support urgent, same-day, and next-day deployments.
- Ensure continuous generation of applicants to fill daily quotas and client requirements.
2. Screening & Assessment
- Conduct quick yet thorough screening and interviews aligned with janitorial job qualifications.
- Validate candidate credentials, background, and previous employment in similar roles.
- Ensure applicant compliance with pre-employment requirements (medical, NBI, clearances, IDs).
- Manage candidate flow and reduce bottlenecks during peak hiring periods.
3. Deployment & Staffing Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Area Supervisors, and Client Coordinators regarding manpower orders.
- Ensure timely deployment of new hires based on client deadlines and service agreements.
- Oversee replacement of absences, AWOL cases, pullouts, and resignations.
- Monitor onboarding and turnover of newly hired personnel to assigned sites.
4. Recruitment Team Leadership
- Supervise recruiters, field sourcers, encoders, and onboarding personnel.
- Assign daily and weekly hiring targets and monitor productivity.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to the recruitment team.
- Identify training needs to improve speed, quality, and sourcing capability.
5. Client Coordination & Reporting
- Act as primary contact for clients regarding recruitment and deployment updates.
- Attend client meetings to discuss volume requirements, timelines, and applicant quality.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports including:
- Daily applicant turnout
- Deployment report
- Unfilled positions & hiring gaps
- Lead time per site/client
- Sourcing effectiveness results
- Respond to client feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with DOLE standards and company policies.
- Oversee completeness of 201 files, contracts, waivers, medical results, and IDs prior to deployment.
- Protect applicant information and ensure Data Privacy compliance.
- Maintain clean and updated recruitment records for auditing purposes.
7. Process Improvement & Strategy Optimization
- Develop strategies to shorten hiring lead time for janitorial positions.
- Create structured recruitment workflows for fast screening and turnaround.
- Strengthen partnerships with communities, LGUs, training centers, and referral networks.
- Implement incentive programs that can boost recruitment turnout.
