As COO, you will be in-charge of the overall management of the strategic development including its future healthcare expansion ventures.

  • You will collaborate with the hospital officers and directors to focus on developing and monitoring business plans, project concepts for every facility, products and services as well as in identifying potential hospital/business sites/facilities and products for the group's portfolio.
  • In collaboration with Marketing, to monitor trends and analyze statistics to determine market potentials, requirements and monitor preferences of customers. Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  • Also in-charge with developing and implementing advanced and more enhanced policies and procedures both in the finance and general business development realms. You will provide strong support in organizing system and team to identify and develop potential leaders who can move into leadership roles.
  • You will collaborate with Human Resources for strategizing, planning and monitoring talent management and acquisition.
  • You will be responsible for leading, organizing and coordinating with the business unit heads, hospital chiefs and officers as well as service support and operating unit heads.
