Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital/healthcare facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care across all departments by managing staff, finances, quality standards, and operational processes. Oversee the overall management of strategic development, including future healthcare expansion ventures. Collaborate with hospital officers and directors to develop and monitor business plans, project concepts for each facility, products and services, and identify potential hospital/business sites/facilities for the company portfolio. Work with Marketing to monitor trends, analyze statistics, determine market potentials, requirements, and preferences of customers; provide market feedback to leadership and generate product development ideas. Develop and implement advanced policies and procedures in finance and general business development realms. Support organizing systems and teams to identify and develop potential leaders for future leadership roles. Collaborate with Human Resources to strategize, plan, and monitor talent management and acquisition. Lead, organize, and coordinate with business unit heads, hospital chiefs, officers, service support, and operating unit heads. Major Responsibilities Corporate Planning: Lead the annual strategic planning of PHMC-LP and achieve all approved action plans contributing to business growth. Business Development: Monitor critical deliverables across PHMC-LPs divisions, prepare business plans and project concepts, provide regular progress reports to governing boards, define business/project/product positioning, recommend product mix, quality, pricing, cultivate and establish business connections. Administration: Ensure efficient communications and information flow, guarantee project goals meet success criteria within time and budget, ensure facilities operate efficiently and provide adequate medical treatment, liaison between governing boards, clinical staff, and department heads to implement policies, plan and supervise all health services including HR, finance, IT, and logistics, facilitate executive board meetings, conduct business reviews. Human Resources: Plan and monitor talent management and acquisition, support system organization to develop leaders, strategize compensation structuring programs, ensure sustained learning and development initiatives, establish monitoring systems for regulatory compliance and safe working conditions. Marketing: Develop marketing and business development strategy with budget projections, build and implement approved programs, monitor competitors, activities, and trends, analyze business impact and make recommendations. Finance: Supervise feasibility studies, prepare cashflow and profit/loss studies, ensure project viability, develop and recommend hospital budget, ensure realistic cost estimates, ensure plans and budget in place, conduct business reviews and report to governing boards. Documentation / Systems: Coordinate with corporate officers to obtain legal requirements and documents, ensure operating procedures and systems are established, monitor adherence to Data Privacy Act. Others: Establish business relationships with other hospitals/hospital organizations/individuals, act as PIC as appointed by President, perform other tasks and functions that further interest of the organization. Qualifications Academic: MBA or MBA-H graduate or College Graduate of Business; Creative Manager with good organization and communication skills. Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the same capacity and function in a hospital setting, including experience in large healthcare facilities with a minimum of 230 beds. Must have extensive experience in strategic planning, finance, marketing, and business development. Other Qualifications (Skills And Abilities) Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Has extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Effective communication skills. Exceptional work ethics, with ability to convey and present a professional attitude. Detailed-oriented, with keen attention to details. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Aligns department and team goals with those of organization. Encourages a work culture of continuous learning, information sharing, and professional development. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On call as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
