Basic Function:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with strategic goals. The role involves managing staff, finances, and business processes while supporting organizational growth and future healthcare expansion initiatives. The COO reports directly to the President and works closely with hospital and corporate leaders to achieve performance targets and optimize patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and business planning initiatives to drive organizational growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement business plans, feasibility studies, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR for talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure operational viability.
- Coordinate with Marketing to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and develop effective strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external healthcare partners.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, data privacy, and corporate governance standards.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m
Qualifications:
- MBA or MBA-H graduate, or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar executive capacity, preferably within a hospital or healthcare industry, is required.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong ability to evaluate CAPEX proposals based on ROI and strategic alignment.
- Proficient in assessing potential investments or acquisitions.
- Proven expertise in Strategic Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Highly analytical, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong ethical foundation.
- Industry-specific certifications in healthcare management are highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php200, Php300,000.00 per month
