About the role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thai Mango by Chef Kim , you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support the growth and development of our dynamic organisation. This full‑time position is based in our office in Almanza Uno, Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. What you’ll be doing Actively sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various roles across the company. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conducting interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and fit, and making recommendations for hiring decisions. Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation. Developing and implementing innovative recruitment initiatives to attract top talent. Continuously analysing and improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Maintaining detailed records and providing recruitment‑related reports and metrics. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
