Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Fusion Analyst / Admin to lead the configuration, customization, and administration of the Fusion Framework built on Salesforce. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, administration, and integration, along with a deep understanding of risk management or resilience solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize the Fusion Framework on Salesforce to support evolving business workflows, dashboards, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes, and custom metadata types.
  • Build and optimize custom components using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Visualforce as needed.
  • Manage Salesforce data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support integration with external systems such as ServiceNow, email platforms, and third-party data sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation and provide end-user support or training as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platform development and administration experience.
  • Proven experience with the Fusion Framework, Fusion Risk Management, or similar managed packages.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and approval processes).
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Process Builder.
  • Experience with the Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, and deployment best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform Developer I (PD1).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Microsoft Outlook, or other third-party tools.
  • Knowledge of Fusion-specific data models and use cases related to operational resilience or risk management.
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
