• Project-based (6 months initial contract)

• Location: Corporate Center, 39th Street, cor. 10th Ave., Taguig

Responsibilities

• Design & Governance: Own the overall design and implementation of the Salesforce platform for the Bank, focusing specifically on aligning the architecture with the Bank`s core systems and technical standards
• System Integration: Design, set up, and manage the complex technical requirements for interfaces between Salesforce and other interfacing third-party applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with vendor and delivery partner Architects to ensure strategic alignment of technical solutions.
• Deployment & Automation: Lead the Copado implementation and design, and reduce time-to-market by automating deployment processes using CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines.
• Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical specifications, project plans, and user guides to streamline cross-team communication.
• Executive Communication: Translate complex technical ideas and issues into clear, non-technical terms suitable for business executives and leadership.
• Technical Execution: Work directly with developers and engineers to realize and deliver the approved technological solutions.
• Architect and optimize Salesforce data model, security model, and integrations with other systems.
• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.).
• Lead technical design sessions and provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, and make recommendations for adoption.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
