As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be more than just a system admin — you'll be a strategist, problem-solver, and innovator. From managing daily configurations to collaborating on large-scale CRM initiatives, you'll help us maximize the power of Salesforce across our business.

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary system administrator for Salesforce environments with 1,000+ users
  • Support system upgrades, audits, and DevOps toolset administration
  • Collaborate closely with functional leaders and scrum teams
  • Drive projects from data management to new feature deployment
  • Design and implement processes that improve user adoption and business outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201/ADM211) certification (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce best practices
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM, JIRA, and ServiceNow (a plus)
  • A creative, analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills
