Overview:
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a CEO of an Australian company. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage administrative, operational, and personal tasks with professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the CEO
- Oversee administrative operations and support project coordination
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Provide ad hoc personal assistance as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting Australian executives or clients
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
- Discreet, trustworthy, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
